深海双管道连接装置在低温环境下金属密封研究及应用

摘要

Two pipe connection device is one of the key equipment used in deepwater Christmas tree.Its dual pipeline de-sign lets the throttle valve and flow meter can be installed in a space-saving at the same time with the limited space,and also enhance the Christmas tree functions.But for the high-pressure gas production tree,it will face the challenge of high pres-sure and low temperature sealing.Deepwater double pipe connection devices at low temperatures metal seal are studied and the practical application of the process in the case is elaborated.%双管道连接装置是深水采油树使用的关键设备之一。通过进行双管道设计研究，使得在有限的空间里可以实现节流阀和流量计的安装，在节约了空间的同时，增强了采油树的功能。对于高压采气树，它将面临高压和低温密封的挑战。对深海双管道连接装置在低温环境下金属密封进行了研究，并阐述了实际应用过程中的情况。
