水下采油树钢丝作业设备在修完井过程中的应用研究

摘要

为了更好地组织水下采油树的安装和完井、修井作业，采用文献调研和完井现场考察相结合的方式，对南海深水项目番禺35-2/35-1气田完井作业中与采油树钢丝作业设备相关的钢丝作业进行了研究，总结了水下采油树钢丝作业设备的设计原理、作用和其相关完井、修井作业步骤。结论认为，在使用水下采油树的井口进行完井作业时，为保障作业顺利进行，修完井团队除了要熟悉水下采油树自带的钢丝作业设备的设计原理和作用外，还应对钢丝作业的原理和典型修完井过程有所了解。通过研究，以期为今后类似的水下项目组织钢丝作业服务商和水下采油树设备供应商配合进行水下井口的完井和修井作业，提供借鉴和方案比选作用。%Study the typical subsea christmas tree wireline tools and their functions for a chosen South China Sea subsea Panyu 35-2/35-1 project.Attempt to summarize an outline of typical wireline operation,well completion and well inter-vention process which interact with subsea christmas tree wireline tools operation.Conclud that the group not only should be familiar of the wireline operation,well completion and well intervention process,but also should understood interact of sub-sea christmas tree wireline tools between different operations,it is critical to success of well completion and intervention op-eration.Through the research,the similar eperience in well completion and well intervention is supplied totle wirelion opera-tion and the subsea christmas tree propects.
