镍基高温合金材料是一种高强度、高耐热性的典型难加工材料.利用短电弧加工技术对这种材料进行短电弧加工试验与分析,针对镍基高温合金材料的切削特性分析了其电加工特性和电弧加工机理,采用正交试验方法对镍基高温合金的电弧加工特性进行试验研究,确定出了加工电压、放电间隙和主轴转速这3个试验因素对表面质量的影响水平,并得出影响因素水平从大到小依次为:电源电压、放电间隙、主轴转速.%Nickel based high temperature alloy is a typical refractory material with high strength and high heat resist-ance .The short arc machining which is a type of new and special machining technology is used to do experiment and analysis for high temperature alloy ,and its EDM characteristics and processing mechanism are analyzed .Using orthogonal experi-ment to make short arc machining experiment and analysis ,the influencing level of machining voltage ,discharge gap and spindle speed for machined surface quality is obtained .Finally the optimal combination is determined .The biggest influence is the machining voltage ,followed by the discharge gap ,again the spindle speed .
