7A52铝合金装甲材料冲压成形性能研究

摘要

通过拉伸成形试验研究了7A52铝合金板材的基本冲压性能,并以2种典型零件为研究对象,通过实物冲压,分析了铝合金板材的冲压成形性能.结果表明,7A52铝合金板材的冲压成形性能良好,采取的工艺措施和确定的冲压工艺参数合理,为装甲铝合金板材冲压成形工艺的制定提供了参考依据.%In this paper,the basic stamping properties of 7A52 aluminum alloy sheet are studied by tensile test.Taking two typical parts as the research objects,the stamping formability of aluminum alloy sheet is analyzed by aluminum alloy stamping.The results show that the formability of 7A52 aluminum alloy sheet is good.The reasonable technological measures are adopted,and the stamping process parameters are determined,providing the reference for the forming process of armor aluminum alloy sheet.
