尼龙薄壁零件铣削加工影响因素的研究

摘要

When processed,the thin-wall parts of nylon are easily deformed,and it can't meet the use requirement.In this paper,several factors affecting the milling of nylon materials are studied and analyzed,including the clamping process, milling cutter,cutting heat and raw material features.These four factors influence each other in the milling processing.So, in milling the thin-wall parts of nylon,the four factors should be comprehensively considered to minimize the influence of each factor respectively.%针对尼龙薄壁零件在加工时很容易产生变形,不能满足使用要求的问题,对影响尼龙材料铣削的因素进行了研究分析,包括装夹、刀具、切削热和材料原始内应力.由于装夹、刀具、切削热和材料原始内应力等4个因素在铣削加工中是相互影响的,因此在铣削尼龙薄壁零件时,应当综合考虑各个因素的影响,并分别将每个因素的影响力降到最低.
