CF 170超高强度不锈钢齿轮制造技术研究

摘要

To solve the manufacturing techniques difficult problem of ultra high-strength stainless steel gears,the meth-od of high precision one-way wire cutting is adopted.By optimizing nitriding parameters and deformation compensation,the difficult machining problems of high hardness,small modulus and overall size,together with nitriding cracks and deforma-tion after nitriding are overcome.The related technology has been made a breakthrough in qualification rate of CF170 stain-less steel and has been successfully applied in the gear product of the spacecraft model.%针对航天器用CF170超高强度不锈钢齿轮的制造技术难题,采用高精度单向走丝精密线切割的加工方法,并通过优化渗氮参数和变形补偿技术,解决了因齿轮硬度高、模数小和外形尺寸小导致的难加工问题以及渗氮裂纹和渗氮后的变形问题,大幅度提升了 CF170不锈钢齿轮的合格率.目前,相关技术已在航天器型号的齿轮生产中得到成功应用.
