一种带升降梳齿的全方位移动搬运AGV设计

摘要

就平面移动类立体车库而言,车库内通常使用各种汽车搬运设备对汽车进行存入、取出和搬运等工作,而目前常用的搬运AGV小车多使用与汽车类似的转向机构,在车库内路线复杂,道路狭窄的情况下,通常转向不便,工作效率低.针对现代大型自动车库的汽车搬运,设计一种带升降梳齿的全方位移动搬运AGV.该车包括全方位移动装置、升降装置和锁紧限位装置等部分,可实现小车全方位转向、移动以及承载板的升降运动.全方位移动搬运AGV具有灵活性好、适用性强和效率高等特点,为工程设计与实践提供了良好的借鉴.%In terms of plane moving class solid garage,it is usually used for cars in and out,and transporting that a va-riety of vehicle handling equipment.The AGV commonly uses mechanism similar to the car's steering.And under the con-dition of more complexity and narrow roads it works not easily and the efficiency is low.Therefore,an omni-directional mo-bile AGV with a comb shaped steel structure is designed.It is equipped with omni-directional mobile device,lifting gear and locking device,realizing all directional steering and moving,and lifting of bearing plate.The mobile AGV which is equipped with a comb shaped steel structure has good flexibility,applicability and high handling efficiency,laying a solid foundation for further study.
