军工建设项目管理中精细化管理的应用探究

For promoting construction of modernized enterprise system, fitting deepening reform of enterprise inner system, and putting management benefits into practice, implementing fine management is not only the request of new trends and new system, but also the choice of improving enterprise management level.Through researching and analyzing importance and necessity of fine management in project management of defense industry construction, aiming at the existing problems of current defense construction management, it is combined with fine management to explore corresponding measures and improve management level of defense construction projects.%为推进企业现代化制度的建立,适应企业内部深化体制改革,落实"管理效益"的体现,实施精细化管理是新形势、新体制的要求,也是企业管理水平提升的必然选择.通过探索分析军工建设项目精细化管理的重要性和必要性,针对当前军工建设项目管理存在的问题,结合精细化管理,探寻相应的应对措施,提升军工建设项目管理水平.
