一种装甲车用操控装置测试仪的设计

摘要

研究设计了一种简单、高效和准确的装甲车用操控装置测试仪.该设备是根据操控装置与车载电气设备的接线关系,通过构建操控装置工作回路,模拟操控装置所控制车载电气设备,并借助LED指示灯来测试操控装置内部接线关系.该设备能够快速、全面地实现操控装置的测试,且能实现故障点的快速定位.%The purpose of the paper is to provide a simple,efficient and accurate test equipment for control device.The control device tester is a device that bases on the internal wiring relationship of the control device and the electrical equipment,constructs the control device working circuit,simulates the vehicle electrical equipment controlled by the control device and tests the internal wiring of the control device by the LED indicators.The control device tester can quickly and comprehensively achieve the control device test and rapid fault location.
