烟支滤嘴搓接装置的优化设计

摘要

针对当前烟支滤嘴接装大多采用的搓板式接装技术,由于剥离趋向的存在使水松纸极易出现泡皱缺陷,影响烟支接装的质量的现状,研究设计了一种新型烟支和滤嘴接装装置.该装置在原有设备基础上将搓接板设计成带加滚针的搓板,利用正搓原理达到了消除剥离趋向问题的目的,并减少了接装过程中产生水松纸泡皱的缺陷.采用新烟支和滤嘴接装装置,提高了卷烟机烟支接装质量.%In view of the current fact,the cigarette filter tip connecting device is widely used washboard type splicing technology.Because of the existence of stripping tendency,the tipping paper is prone to blister defects and the cigarette tipping quality is affected.The research group designs a new type of cigarette and filter mounting device.The device is designed with rubbing plate roller on the washboard original equipment,using the positive direction rubbing principle to eliminate the problem of stripping tendency.The device reduces defects and filter cigarette tipping paper blister in assembly process.The new design improves the cigarette assembly quality of cigarette machine.
