冷链物流动态监测系统应用研究

摘要

针对如何实现果蔬冷链物流的数据采集,进而实现冷链物流的动态监测、预警以及补救,研究开发了一套冷链物流动态监测系统.整个系统由监控平台、数据中心和信息共享平台三部分组成,其中监控平台包括车厢的传感器、采集器、无线局域网和驾驶室的监控主机(由主控制器、定位模块、远程传输集成模块和液晶屏组成),数据中心作为系统的主服务器,信息共享平台包括上位机软件和手机PC端.该系统实现了对驾驶人进行信息查询,对车厢微环境进行信息采集,对车辆行车过程的全程跟踪定位,并及时预警、发送短信到手机等功能.%Focused on how to realize the data collection of fruit and vegetable cold chain logistics, and then to realize the dynamic monitoring, early warning and remediation of cold chain logistics, a cold chain logistics dynamic monitoring system was developed.The system consists of monitoring platform, data center, and clients, the monitoring platform include car sensors, collector, wireless local area network of carriage, and the monitoring host of cab, which is composed of the master controller, orientation module, remote transmission integration module and the liquid crystal display.The master server of the system is the data center.The client consists of upper computer software and cell phone PC.The system realized the driver information inquiry、the information gathering of the car micro environment, and the entire driving process recording, it can also promptly alarm and release the warning messages to cell phone and so on.
