分段压裂远程控制多级投球装置研制

摘要

针对现有分段压裂井口配套设备存在诸多安全隐患,无法满足分段压裂工艺技术大规模推广应用的需求,参考压裂井口装置、井口投球器的耐压、内通径等关键参数,研制出了与其相匹配的远程液压控制系统.该系统满足投球级数12级,最大内通径为103 mm,额定工作压力为105 MPa,使施工人员能够远离高压区对井口进行控制,可实现高压大排量不停泵投球,保证了压裂施工的连续性,缩短了压裂施工时间,节约了投入成本,为现场各种压裂工艺实施的安全可靠性提供了保障.%Since there some aspects of potential safety hazard about wellhead for multi-stage fracturing,based on the current standard of wellhead and requirement of multiple ball launch device,propose the multiple ball launcher with related hydraulic driven remote control system,with launching 12 different diameter balls,103 mm internal diameter,and 105 MPa working pressure.This device can implement the function of launching balls while non-stop pumping and guarantee the operation continuity,and remote control system can make the operator out of high pressure zone,which shorten the operation time,save the cost and ensure the safety of all kinds of fracturing operation.
