铸铝薄壁壳体的夹具设计与工艺分析

         

摘要

为了保证铸铝电动机座壳体零件的加工技术要求及满足日常生产的效率,设计了一种能同时加工4个零件的气动翻转夹具.该夹具操作简便快捷,能够在保证产品质量、精度的前提下,大大减轻劳动强度,缩短装夹、对零和拆卸工件等辅助工前时间,提高了劳动生产率,节省了投资成本,实现了快速盈利.%In order to ensure the technological requirement and meet the daily production efficiency of the cast aluminum thin shell pieces,a pneumatic turnover fixture capable of processing four parts at the same time is designed.The fixture is convenient to operate.On the one hand it could guarantee the product quality and precision,on the other hand it can greatly reduce the labor intensity.Besides,by shortening the time of pre work,such as clamping,zero and disassembly,the labor productivity is improved,the cost of investment is saved,and the rapid profit is realized.
