摘要

中华文明上下五千年孕育着的中国传统文化，最具代表性的即是儒家中庸思想和文化。中国传统文化核心是“和谐”。由此，中国传统文化的当代价值也就是主要体现为“和”文化的当代价值。自然和谐是我们赖以生存的前提条件，社会和谐的构建离不开传统“和”文化的指引，而我们人类身心和谐也有望于在传统文化中找到根源。%Chinese civilization bred Chinese traditional culture for over 50milion years.The most prominent is Confucian mean. The core of Chinese traditional culture is harmonious.Hence,the contemporary value of the Chinese traditional culture is showing the value of harmo-nious.With the intention of surviving the harmonious of nature is needed.The construction of harmony society will definitely fail with-out direction of the harmonious which belong to Chinese traditional culture. We are looking forward to find the root of physical and mental healthy amid Chinese traditional culture.
