新型水性环氧乳化剂的乳化性能及应用研究

         

摘要

A new type of water-based epoxy emulsifier was synthesized with bisphenol a epoxy resin E-44 and polyethylene glycol as raw materials and the solubility and stability were studied. The influence of emulsifier on cement mortar was analyzed. The result shows:The stability of the emulsifier composited with E-44 is good when the molecular weight of epoxy emulsion in polyethylene glycol was 4000 and 6000. The optimal process shows that:epoxy resin to PEG 6000 was 1.25:1,the optimum value of the total mass of the epoxy resin is 20% to 25% and the optimum temperature of emulsification is 50℃ to 60℃. Water based epoxy emulsion has a retarding effect on cement mortar and the compressive strength,flexural strength and chemical stability of cement mortar in the later stage first increased and then decreased,and the optimum dosage was 8%.%以双酚A型环氧树脂E-44和聚乙二醇为原料,合成新型水性环氧乳化剂,对其溶解性和稳定性进行试验研究,同时分析其对水泥砂浆性能的影响.结果表明,环氧乳液在聚乙二醇的相对分子质量为4000、6000时与E-44合成的乳化剂稳定性较好,最佳工艺为:n(E-44):n(PEG-6000)=1.25,乳化剂占环氧树脂总质量的20%~25%,乳化温度为50~60℃.水性环氧乳液对水泥砂浆起缓凝作用,且水泥砂浆后期抗压、抗折强度和化学稳定性都随着乳液掺量的增大先提高后降低,乳液的最优掺量为8%.
