利用赤泥制备闭孔超轻质泡沫陶瓷的研究

             

摘要

为了提高工业固体废弃物的利用率,以赤泥为主要原料,辅之以煤矸石、砂岩等,采用SiC微粉等混合物作为高温发泡剂,分别在1150、1170、1190、1210℃下进行热处理后,制得表观体积密度为0.18~0.40 g/cm3且均为闭孔的轻质陶瓷材料.试验结果表明:坯体配方中赤泥掺量为37%时,膨胀发泡效果最好;配方化学组成中Al2O3含量过高会明显降低坯体高温下发泡效果;随着保温时间延长,体积密度下降速率减缓,30 min时坯体膨胀后密度基本稳定;泡沫陶瓷体积密度在0.15~0.40 g/cm3范围内.%Ultra lightweight foamed ceramics with density of 0.18~0.4 g/cm3 were prepared by high-temperature sintering. In this system,red mud was principal raw material,coal gangue and sandstone as sub-raw material,SiC powder and other mixtures as high temperature foaming agent,after heat treatment at 1150,1170,1190,and 1210 ℃,respectively,the ultra lightweight foamed ce-ramics can be obtained. The results show that:It would obtain the best effect of foaming when adding 37% red mud. Too high Al2O3 content in the specimen may decrease the foaming effect of green body under high firing temperature. With the prolonging of the heating time,the decrease rate of bulk density gradually slowed down,and the bulk density was almost constant when the heat-ing time was 30 min. The bulk density of the foam ceramics is controlled within 0.15~0.40 g/cm3.
