不同频率的脉冲电磁场对大鼠坐骨神经损伤的疗效

         

摘要

目的:采用不同频率脉冲电磁场(PEMF)干预坐骨神经损伤大鼠,探索PEMF治疗坐骨神经损伤的最适治疗频率.方法:SD大鼠50只,随机分为假手术组、对照组、2 Hz组、10 Hz组和40 Hz组,每组10只,除假手术组外,所有大鼠按文献方法钳夹坐骨神经造模.2 Hz组、10 Hz组和40 Hz组在强度为0.3 mT,频率分别为2、10、40 Hz的PEMF环境中接受治疗,2 h/次,Bid,共30 d,治疗结束后检测坐骨神经功能指数(SFI)及神经传导速度(NCV).结果:2 Hz组SFI及NCV高于对照组、10 Hz组和40 Hz组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与假手术组之间也有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论:0.3 mT、2 Hz可能是治疗坐骨神经损伤的适合频率.%Objective: Using different frequency pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) to intervene sciatic nerve injury in rats, the changes of the nerve's function have been explored to detemine the optimal frequency of PEMF in treating sciatic nerve injury. Methods: Fifty adult SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal group, model group, 2 Hz group, 10 Hz group, and 40 Hz group. Besides the normal group, all the tested rats were clamped to generate sciatic nerve injury according to the literatures. Groups 2 Hz, 10 Hz, and 40 Hz were treated with PEMF, which the field strength was 0.3 mT, with different the frequencies of 2 Hz, 10 Hz and 40 Hz respectively. The treatment was applied 2 h per time, 2 times per day for 30 days. No intervention was applied to the normal and model groups. The sciatic nerve function index (SFI)and nerve conduction velocity(NCV) have been measured. Results: With the same magnetic field strength and the frequency of 2 Hz, the SFI and MCV were significantly higher than those in modle, 10 Hz, and 40 Hz groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: 0.3 mT 2 Hz PEMF may be suitable for the treatment of the sciatic nerve injury.
