With the development of medical information in our country,constructing a medical information sharing platform is becoming necessary.As a intelligent card in unified names、unified logos and unified standards,Nanjing citizen card is a proper carrier for medical card.Meanwhile it has some problems already there.So the integration of citizen cards and medical cards is a significant step to the medical regionalization.%随着我国医疗信息化的不断深入,建立医疗信息共享平台将成为必须。南京市民卡作为具有统一名称、统一标识、统一标准等特点的智能卡,可以较好的作为区域医疗就诊卡的载体,但市民卡也存在着一些实际问题。因此对市民卡与诊疗卡进行了很好地整合,是迈出医疗区域共享中重要的一步。
