基于轮机模拟器的'机舱资源管理'研究与实践

摘要

Recently, the STCW convention Manila amendment decided to add "Engine Room Resource Management" as one of compulsory training content. The development of "engine room resource management" is elaborated, its scope is introduced and the importance of human resource management in the engine-room resource management is emphasized. According to the "soft" ability characteristics of the "engine room resource management", the training of emergency management and daily management on the engine room simulator are proposed. Practice indicates that through performing a variety of tasks in training, strictly following relevant operation procedures, crew's leading abilities in activity organization, as well as team consciousness and communication effectiveness are improved noticeably.%阐述"机舱资源管理"的由来,介绍了机舱资源管理的内容,强调人力资源管理是机舱资源管理的重要方面.根据"机舱资源管理""软"能力的特点,提出了通过轮机模拟器这个平台对船员进行应急管理和日常管理的训练.实践表明:在训练中,通过实施不同的任务,严格执行与完成相关工作的操作程序,对提高船员的组织领导能力、团队意识以及相互之间的交流沟通具有重要作用.
