智慧港口的内涵及系统结构

摘要

智慧港口充分体现了现代管理方法、信息采集和处理技术、决策支持理论在港口运作和管理中的应用,表现为实施港口功能创新、技术创新和服务创新等.基于物联网等智慧技术,分析了智慧港口的内涵和功能,研究了智慧港口的系统结构.提出以智慧港口数据平台为核心,包括集疏运体系、靠离泊体系、码头装卸作业体系、堆场仓储作业体系、港口口岸监管服务体系等内容的智慧港口系统结构,并对各组成部分的主要功能进行了研究.%The intelligent port,involving comprehensive technologies such as the application of modern management methods,information collecting and processing skills,decision making theories in port operations and management,will bring about innovative port functions,port technologies and port services.With the focus on the application of intelligent technologies such as the internet of things,the concept and functions of the intelligent port are analyzed and the systematic structure of an intelligent port is given,which integrates cargo collecting and dispatching system,ship berthing/departing system,loading/unloading operation system,port warehousing system,port inspection service system etc.with a central data platform.The implementations of main functions of all component systems are studied.
