甲烷气体水合物相平衡测试新装置及新方法

         

摘要

随着地层中可作为未来能源的甲烷水合物巨大储量的发现,海洋油气田开采中出现的井喷和油气混输上岸问题,以及气体水合物技术在化工、生物工程和环境保护等方面的应用,对水合物的研究日益受到重视〔1〕,在模型和实验测试方面不断发展。而对气体水合物相平衡数据进行直接测量,则是水合物相平衡研究的一个重要方面和基础工作。文章介绍使用新建立的一套气体水合物实验测定装置,在5~12℃,4~12 MPa分别用可视法和画圈法对甲烷气体水合物相平衡点进行了测试,所得两组数据与文献相比较,讨论两种测量方案准确度孰高孰低。并评价该新装置在气体水合物相平衡实验中比较宽的温度、压力范围内的适用性。%Along with the discovery of huge reserves of methane hydrate as the futurity energy resources in formation,in consideration of the problem caused by gas hydrate in offshore oil and gas production and transmission and of the application of gas hydrate techniques in chemical industry,biological engineering and environmental protection,great attention is paid to the research on the gas hydrate day by day and the model and experimental testing methods are developed unceasingly.It is an important aspect and fundamental work to directly measure the data on gas hydrate phase equilibrium.In the temperature range of 5~12℃ and the pressure range of 4~12 MPa,the methane gas hydrate phase equilibrium point was measured with a new experimental apparatus through applying visual observation method and graphical method respectively.In comparing the two groups of data measured with the ones reported in the references,the accuracies of the two measure methods are discussed and the applicability of the new apparatus in measuring the gas hydrate phase equlilbrium in such wide temperature and pressure ranges is evaluated in the paper.
