酯化反应偶联渗透汽化膜反应器PPVA/PAN复合膜稳定性研究

     

摘要

研究了酯化反应偶联渗透汽化膜反应器中膜材料的性质、反应- 分离温度、反应体系及催化剂体系等对PPVA/PAN复合膜稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,对甲 苯磺酸及浓硫酸催化剂对复合膜的稳定性有非常明显的影响,固体超强酸催化剂基本上不影 响复合膜的稳定性;活性层酯化度为3.3%及6.2%的复合膜具有良好分离性能及稳定性。%In esterification coupled pervaporation membrane reactor, effects of membrane material prop-erties, reaction-separation temperature,reaction mixtur e and catalytic sys tems on the membrane stability were all investigated. Experimental results showed that sulfuric acid and p-tol uene sulfonic catalyst had great effect on the membrane stability and the solid super acid catalyst had no effect on membrane stability. Composite membranes with the esterification degree of activity layer being 3.3% and 6.2% had well separation properties and stability and they were suit to the study and application of coupled membran e reactor.
