The effects of reaction parameters on the synthesis of methanol by hydrogenation of carbon dioxide over the catalyst C312, developed by SWRDICI, were investigated. The results showed that reaction conditions had great impact on methanol space-time yield and carbon dioxide conversion. Under the reaction conditions of 250t, 8.0MPa, GHSV of 16000h"' and feed gas H/CO2 molar ratio of 3, methanol space-time yield reached 0.94 g.ml'.h'1, and one-pass conversion of carbon dioxide reached 22.2%. C312 is an excellent catalyst, having high activity, selectivity and stability in synthesis of methanol from CO2 and H2,%研究了反应参数对在自主研制的C312系列催化剂上二氧化碳加氢合成甲醇的影响.实验结果表明,反应条件对甲醇时空产率和二氧化碳的单程转化率具有较大影响.在250℃、8.0 MPa和空速16000h-1下,当n(H2):n(CO2)=3时,甲醇的时空产率达0.94 g/(mL·h),二氧化碳单程转化率为22.2%.C312型二氧化碳合成甲醇催化剂性能优异,有良好的选择性和耐热性.
