醋酸催化加氢制乙醇Pt促进的Co基催化剂研究

     

摘要

采用等体积浸渍法制备了以硅胶为载体,Pt为促进剂的钴基催化剂,对其进行了XRD和BET表征,并在积分反应器内考察了活性金属Co和助剂Pt负载量、焙烧温度对催化剂催化醋酸加氢为乙醇性能的影响,并进行了加氢催化工艺条件的优化。结果表明:以550℃焙烧的硅胶为载体,w(Co)为25%~30%,w(Pt)为0.5%的催化剂对醋酸催化加氢反应具有较高的反应活性,在优化的反应条件(300℃,5.0MPa,醋酸液体空速0.4h-1,氢气/醋酸的物质的量比25)下,醋酸转化率可达98%以上,乙醇选择性接近60%。%Silica supported Pt-promoted Co catalysts were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation and characterized by XRD and BET. The effects of the loading amount of active metal Co and promoter Pt and the calcination temperature on the catalytic performance of the catalysts for the catalytic hydrogenation of acetic acid to ethanol were investigated in an integral reactor, and the operation conditions of the hydrogenation reaction were optimized. The results showed that the catalysts containing Co of 25%-30%and Pt of 0.5% by mass and using the silica calcined at 550℃ as support exhibited excellent catalytic activity, and under the optimized reaction conditions of 300℃, 5.0MPa, LHSV of 0.4h-1 and hydrogen/acetic acid molar ratio of 25, the conversion of acetic acid could reach more than 98%with a selectivity of ethanol of approaching 60%.
