DMIMDMP萃取精馏分离丙酮和甲醇共沸体系的研究

     

摘要

Aspen Plus software was used to simulate the extractive distillation process for separation of acetone and methanol azeotrope using the ionic liquid 1,3-dimethylimidazolium dimethylphosphate ([DMIM]DMP) as solvent. The process parameters, including solvent ratio, theoretical plate number, feed position, reflux ratio, etc., were optimized to obtain a product acetone with the purity of above 99.99% by mass. Solvent regeneration section used the vacuum distillation column to separate methanol and solvent. The purities of finally separated methanol and [DMIM]DMP were of 99.94%and 99.99%by mass, respectively. The results show that [DMIM]DMP as solvent has a good effect on the extractive distillation of acetone and methanol azeotrope.%采用Aspen Plus软件,对以离子液体1,3-二甲基咪唑磷酸二甲酯盐([DMIM]DMP)为溶剂萃取精馏分离丙酮和甲醇共沸体系进行了模拟.通过优化溶剂比、全塔理论塔板数、原料进料位置、溶剂进料位置和回流比等工艺参数,产品丙酮的质量分数大于99.99%.溶剂再生塔采用减压精馏分离甲醇和溶剂,最终得到的甲醇和[DMIM]DMP的质量分数高达99.94%和99.99%.说明以[DMIM]DMP为溶剂萃取分离丙酮和甲醇共沸物具有很好的效果.
