多孔活性炭湿储甲烷和乙烷

     

摘要

Methane and ethane are the major components of natural gas. Their storage and transportation technology is one of the important contents in application study of natural gas. It is an innovation of gas storage technology to store methane and ethane in a porous material by forming hydrate. The super activated carbon was prepared from coconut shell charcoal by using potassium hydroxide and carbon dioxide activation. Its specific surface area reached 2768m2/g and the pore volume was 1.87cm3/g. The equilibrium isotherms of methane and ethane were investigated at different temperature and water content. The results show that the amounts of methane and ethane sorption increased by 142% and 103%, respectively, on wet carbon compared with that of dried sample. In addition, the formation enthalpies of methane hydrate and ethane hydrate were calculated to be -61.42kJ/mol and-59.63kJ/mol, respectively, by Clausius-Clapeyron equation.%甲烷和乙烷是天然气的主要成分,其储运技术是天然气应用研究的重要内容之一.在多孔材料中以形成水合物的方法实现甲烷和乙烷的存储是气体存储技术的革新.实验以椰壳炭化料为原料,采用KOH和CO2联合活化的方法制备了具有较高中孔比例的超级活性炭,比表面积达到2768m2/g,孔容1.87cm3/g.测定了不同温度和载水量下甲烷和乙烷的平衡等温线,结果表明在预吸附水的活性炭上存储甲烷和乙烷,较干燥样品上吸入量分别提高142%和103%.根据克劳休斯-克拉配龙方程计算了甲烷水合物生成焓值为-61.42kJ/mol,乙烷水合物生成焓为-59.63kJ/mol.
