旋转供料器的常见故障分析和改进

在聚乙烯醇装置中,旋转供料器已经成为风送系统中不可缺少的设备,但是正常生产使用中经常出现物料卡住叶片、轴承损坏、泄漏等故障,严重影响到聚乙烯醇装置的正常生产运行.本文根据旋转供料器的结构特点,通过分析其经常发生故障的原因,如选型、制造和装配等,提出具体的改进措施,确保旋转供料器的安全、稳定运行.%In the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) production unit, rotary feeder had become indispensable equipment for the air conveying system, but it frequently fell into troubles in operation, such as material sticking blades, bearing damage and leakage, which seriously affected the normal run of the PVA unit. According to the structure characteristics of rotary feeder, by analyzing the causes of the failures often occured, such as type selection, manufacturing and assembly, some improvement measures were put forward to ensure the safe and stable operation of the rotary feeder.
