甲醇生产副产杂醇油综合利用

摘要

The by-product fusel oil from methanol production is a hazardous waste, which is difficult and costly to be transfered and disposed, resulting in great pressure to the enterprise and environmental protection. A technical scheme of comprehensive utilization of the fusel oil as an additive of coal water slurry to participate in the gasification reaction in the gasification furnace was proposed, and the feasibility was analyzed. The application results show that this scheme could effectively utilize the fusel oil in situ in the methanol plant, achieving pollutant reduction and harmless disposal targets.%甲醇生产中副产杂醇油作为危险废物转移处置难度大、费用高,给企业和社会环保造成较大压力.本文介绍了采用将杂醇油送至气化炉参与气化反应的综合利用技术方案,并着重分析方案的可行性.工业应用效果表明,本综合利用技术实现了杂醇油内部消化、回收、处置,符合国家相关环保政策要求,达到污染物减量化和无害化处置的目标.
