宫腔镜在绝经后妇女子宫出血中研究价值

摘要

目的：对比分析宫腔镜与B超诊断绝经后妇女子宫出血的准确性。方法回顾性分析2010年1月-2012年1月绝经后妇女子宫出血207例，均行宫腔镜检查和B超检查，均行病理检查证实。结果宫腔镜检查的敏感度、特异度、假阴性率、假阳性率均低于B超诊断。结论宫腔镜更准确、直观、安全，是确诊绝经后妇女子宫出血的首选检查方法；B超是无创检查，可作为筛查手段。%Objective Comparative analysis of hysteroscopy and B ultrasonic diagnosis accuracy bleeding in postmenopausal women. Methods Retrospective analysis from January 2010 to January 2012 postmenopausal women with uterine bleeding 207 cases, all patients underwent hysteroscopy and B ultrasonic examination. And underwent pathological examination. Results Hysteroscopy sensitivity, specificity, false positive rates were less than the B ultrasound diagnostic. Conclusion Hysteroscopy is more accurate, more intuitive, more safety, is the first choice for women with postmenopausal uterine bleeding;B ultrasound is a noninvasive, can be used as a screening instrument.
