新型包络蜗杆式分度凸轮机构装置的参数化CAD技术

摘要

In order to solve the complex calculating problem and the drawing difficulty for the indexing cam mechanisms,the parametric CAD system of the envelope worm indexing cam mechanism is established by use of engineering software such as AutoCAD,Foxpro,and Borland C+　+.And the work mentioned-above realized the designing procedure automation from the mechanism analysis to the drawing output,which is benefit to improving the design efficiency and the device manufacturing for the envelope worm indexing cam mechanisms.It can be also used in the field of design and manufacturing for other types of indexing cam mechanisms.%针对分度凸轮机构设计计算繁杂和装置结构人工绘制困难等问题，用结构化程序设计方法，运用工程上常用的AutoCAD、Foxpro、Borland C＋＋等应用技术软件，建立了一套模块化的“新型包络蜗杆式分度凸轮机构装置”的参数化CAD系统；只要设计者提供必要的几个关键参数，便可实现从机构原理分析到装置结构图输出的全部设计及自动绘图过程，加快了图纸的生成速度，提高了设计的效率，有利于包络蜗杆分度装置系列化产品的设计制造，并可拓展应用于其它各类分度凸轮机构装置的设计制造中。
