大型塑料注射模成型零件工作尺寸的计算

摘要

This kind of dimension calculation for large-scale plastic injection model is different from midium-mini one,besides model worn off,manufacturing tolerance,and injection fashioning technics as well.The major factor to affect it is the fluctuating of the plastic shrinking.Meanwhile,the thermometric rising and the rigidity decreaseing are the factors,too.We should think about all the factors put froword above.This paper proposes optimum and usable calculation formula for it by practical analysis.%大型塑料注射模成型零件工作尺寸的计算，不同于中小型模具尺寸的计算，因为影响大型塑件尺寸精度的因素，除了模具的磨损、制造公差、注射成型工艺外，塑料收缩波动将是最大的影响。同时，还要考虑成型零件因温度的升高及刚性不足的影响。本文通过实践分析，推出最佳、切实可用的成型零件工作尺寸的计算公式。
