料斗式自动定向装置的设计与研究

摘要

During the automatic production process, it can help to improve efficiency and cut costs with the use of automatic loading device. This paper proposes the design principal of grid &disk type oriental hopper device. By using the oriental mechanism in the hopper to cause the center-of-gravity shift, the material falls into the targeted cells and is delivered to the discharging hole as influenced by the size and shape of the material. At last, it illustrates the idea of the reasonable arrangement and the calculation of the oriental device productivity.%在自动化生产中应用自动上料装置,可以提高效率,降低成本.介绍了机械传动——格子圆盘式定向料斗装置的设计原理,根据工件形状、尺寸,利用料斗中的定向机构造成重心偏移,落入定向格子里输送到出料口.并对料斗定向装置生产率的合理安排及计算进行了阐述.
