基于PCI数据采集卡的滚珠丝杠螺距误差动态测量系统

摘要

针对利用自制设备开发滚珠丝杠动态测量系统周期长,抗抗干扰性能差的缺点,介绍了用工业成熟产品搭建动态测量系统的一种方案.文章讨论了此方案的系统组成结构,给出了系统软件的编写流程和基于vb的数据采集关键代码.实践证明此方案具有开发快速、抗干扰性良好、测量精度高、系统功能稳定等特点,对开发类似测量系统有借鉴价值.%A project using Industrial matural equipments to establish a dynamic measure system is detailed in the chapter,against the defeceit of current self-made dynamic ballscrew measuring system long developing circle and low level anti-interference.The systemic constructure of the project is discussed in the chapter,which presents the flow chart of the system software and some VB program code for data acquisi-tion.And practices prove the project featuring with developping convenience, robustness,high precision and stability in system performace.So the project is rather reference value to develop similar measuring system.
