针对传统叠层实体制造(LOM)其产品机械性能不高的现状,提出了双工位阻焊式金属叠层实体制造工艺,并详细研究了该工艺的工艺流程及其工艺参数.通过实验对不同的工艺参数组合进行调试和分析比较,获取一组较为合理的参数值.利用该成形工艺制作出来的模具模芯成功地进行注塑成型,验证了双工位阻焊式金属叠层实体制造的可行性和优越性.%For the products of traditional laminated object manufacturing(LOM ) technology have not good enough mechanical properties in current situation, double-station resistance welding metal laminated object manufacturing have been invited. The process and process parameters are researched in detail. Through debug, analyze and compare the experiments data of different group process parameters, obtain a group of reasonable parameter values. Use the technology to made mould core and succeeded in injection, which validated the double-station resistance welding metal laminated object manufacturing is feasible and advantageous.
