特许连锁模具制造网格下的制造单元启发式调度算法

摘要

This article analyzes functions of the manufacturing cell in the mold manufacturing grid by the philosophy of authorized chain operation and characteristics of it' s production scheduling.Aiming at the production scheduling of the manufacturing cell a heuristic algorithm based on priority rules is promoted,results of the qualitative analysis and sample validation indicate it practical and effective.%分析了特许连锁模具制造网格下制造单元的作用及制造单元生产调度的性质特点,针对制造单元生产调度提出了一种基于优先规则的启发式调度算法,并通过实例验证和定性分析表明该算法切实有效.
