This paper describes the process to establish a virtual simulation platform for vertical turn mill center by using VERICUT. The process includes the establishment of machine kinematics simulation model , the development of a virtual control system and creating a tool magazine. When the platform is com-plteted, it simulates a human body model machining and reveals an entire machining process with five-axis synchronization, the software also makes a comparison with the engineering model and a collision checking, which provides a dependable basis for human body machining.%设计了一种基于LINUX+ RTLINUX双内核开发平台的开放式数控系统.该系统采用PCI总线和CUnet现场网络技术,将PC机和专用运动控制芯片MCX314相结合构成多轴伺服电机控制器,并详细介绍了系统的硬件接口设计和LINUX+RTLINUX平台驱动程序以及应用程序的开发方法,并在实际中得到了应用,取得良好的效果.
