基于相似度理论的加工中心设计方案实例检索方法

摘要

基于实例推理设计方法是数控机床快速设计的一种有效方法,基于模块化设计系统的实例检索是其中的关键环节.在卧式加工中心模块化设计系统的基础上,论述了卧式加工中心实例库构建方法.依据系统相似工程学理论,提出了卧式加工中心总体设计方案、基于模块化设计系统的结构设计方案的确定方法.并以实例进行了说明.%Case-based reasoning design method is a kind of effective method for rapid design of CNC machine tool, case retrieval with modular design system is the key links. Based on horizontal machining center with modular design system, the approach to build the case base for horizontal machining center was discussed. And then according to the systematic engineering theory of similarity, it introduced the defining method of general design scheme for horizontal machining center and structural design scheme based on modular design system. Finally, an instance was discussed in the paper.
