现场修复机床是再制造工程的重要组成部分,其设计是一个多目标优化问题.从机床可重构性角度出发,阐述了现场修复机床设计的基本原理,提出了一种基于遗传算法的现场修复机床设计方法.在此基础上,依据多级模糊综合评价的方法对重构方案的适应性进行评价,以生成最优的机床配置,实现机床在整个生命周期内的可重构.%Field repairing machine tool is an important part of remanufacture engineering, the design is a multi-objective optimization problem. In this paper, With the view of reconfiguration, the design principles of field repairing machine tool are discussed, a design method of field repairing machine tool based on genetic algorithm is proposed. Upon it, evaluate the adaptability of the reconflgurable program by multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, to generate optimal machine configuration which a-chieve the reconfiguration over the machine tool life.
