In order to solve the technical problems in processing about the intersectal groove' s manual programming on the pipe body, this paper start from the processing analysis, and establish the mathematical model,and design the efficient feed path, then design the universal macro according to feed pat. Through the macro call, it can provides technical support for the intersecting forms' processing, and can greatly reduce the programming workload, and have good economic and academic value.%为解决圆管体相贯坡口的手工编程加工技术难题,文章从工艺分析入手,建立数学模型,设计高效的走刀路线,然后根据走刀路线设计出通用性强的宏程序.通过宏调用,可以为相贯形面零件的加工提供加工技术支持,并可以大大减小相贯面及相贯坡口类零件的编程工作量,具有良好的经济性和学术价值.
