基于数据挖掘的切削参数优化

摘要

According to the complex of NC programming selection and optimization of cutting parameters for structure part, the paper introduces a method of cutting parameters selection and optimization using data mining, influence factor analysis and a classification algorithm were adopted to analyze the affecting factor of process parameter and establish the optimization model. The correctness and validity of the method was examined and certified by experiments.%针对结构件数控铣削编程的切削参数选择的复杂性,提出了基于数据挖掘的切削参数选择和优化方法,通过影响因素分析和分类分析算法进行工艺参数影响因素的分析和建模,通过选取一定误差范围的数据记录,综合关联知识发现的规则进行切削参数优化,通过实例验证了方法的可行性.
