分布式产品开发设计活动流程规划

         

摘要

为尽量减少设计活动间不必要的交叉与重复,提出一种基于设计活动坐标表示模型和信息依赖度的分布式产品开发设计活动流程规划方法.首先分析设计活动的构成要素,建立关于设计活动构成要素的元模型,提出设计活动的坐标表示模型,并给出设计活动的关联模型及不同模型下的坐标表示规则,为实现分布式产品开发过程规划提供了理论基础.然后,给出了设计活动间信息依赖度的概念,采用模糊数法将其量化,建立信息依赖度度量模型,并利用AHP算法给出基于信息依赖度的设计流程规划方法.该方法简单易行,为分布式产品开发设计活动流程规划结果提供良好的参考作用.最后以单级减速器为例对上述流程规划方法进行验证.%In order to reduce the cross and repeat between design activities, it presents a process planning method for design activities of distributed product development based on coordinates model of design activities and their information dependence. It firstly analysis what consists of design activities, and builds an element model based on the constitute elements of design activities. Based on the element model, a coordinate model for design activities is presented. Besides, associated models of design activities and coordinates rules under different models are described. Those provide theoretical basis for design activities ' process planning. Following, information dependence among design activities is defined and a fuzz-y number method is used to quantify it. A measure model for information dependence is set up. Using Analytic Hierarchy Process, a process planning method based on information dependence is proposed. This method is easy to carry out and is able to provide a good reference for design activities' process planning. At last, it uses the design process of single-stage reducer as an example to verify the process planning method.
