弧面分度凸轮工作轮廓曲面的三维网格模型设计

摘要

Generating methods and surface equations of work contour surface for globoidal indexing cam were described in the paper in detail, because of it has a wide variety of dimension parameters and motion parameters as well as a great diversity of curve motion law and roller types, integrated 3D grid design program that has unified user interface of work contour surface cam for globoidal indexing cam was developed based on MATLAB and above those characteristics.%针对孤面分度凸轮几何参数和运动参数繁多以及滚子类型和运动规律曲线多样的特点,描述了弧面分度凸轮工作轮廓曲面的生成方法及其方程,并在此基础上,利用MATLAB编程语言,开发出具有统一用户界面的弧面分度凸轮工作轮廓曲面三维网格设计程序,缩短了设计周期,提高了设计精度.
