离散制造业信息化战略下内部集成性评价方法研究

摘要

针对实施信息化工程环境下的离散制造企业,提出其内部集成性的评价方法.首先依据信息系统与管理系统的平台匹配理论,选取集成基础保障能力、过程集成、IS与MS匹配度及内部集成综合效益作为一级指标,同时逐项分析,构建内部集成性的评价指标体系,然后给出一个基于AHP/DEA的计算方法,最后通过模拟证明该指标体系的有效性.%According to manufacturing enterprises which implement information engineering, an evaluation method of internal integration is proposed. Firstly, choose the fundamental guarantee capacity of integration , process integration, match degree of management system and information system, comprehensive benefit of internal integration as the first grade indexes based on the platform matching theory, and next construct the index system by analyzing term by term;then proposing the calculation method based on AHP/DEA; finally demonstrate the effectiveness of index system by simulation.
