基于知识的组合机床夹具可扩充标准件库的开发∗

摘要

针对组合机床夹具的结构特点，分析了组合机床夹具标准件的组成和分类，利用NX软件的电子表格、相关参数化及二次开发等功能开发了可扩充的组合机床夹具标准件库系统。该系统不但融入了标准件的选型、使用等知识，使每个标准件的使用无需再去翻阅手册，而且企业在该系统体系架构的基础上很容易实现库的扩建，对组合机床夹具标准件库的完善达到实用化的程度具有实用价值。%According to the structure characteristics of modular machine tool fixture, the composition and classification of fixture standard parts were been analyzed, the standard parts library system of modular ma-chine tool fixture can be extended was developed using NX software related electronic form, parameters and the secondary development function. The system not only contains the selection and use of knowledge, and do not need to read the manual, but also enterprises is very easy to implement library expansion in the basic architecture of the system, which is practical value to improve the fixture standard parts library that achieves practical level.
