球铰轴承作为直升机自动倾斜器的关键部件,其力学性能对自动倾斜器有着直接的影响。利用ABAQUS软件对自动倾斜器球铰轴承在三种工况下的结构形式进行了三维有限元分析,得出了三种工况下轴承的应力分布、最大应力、变形以及摩擦系数对应力的影响。计算结果表明外加载荷和摩擦力对挤压应力的影响很小,自动倾斜器满足强度条件,该结果对于分析此类轴承的受力及其优化和判定轴承的寿命提供了理论上的依据,为旋翼系统的设计和分析提供了一个参考。%As the key components of swashplate on helicopters, the mechanical properties of spherical plain bearings have a direct impact on swashplate. A three dimensional finite element method is applied to analysis the mechanical properties of spherical plain bearings in three kinds of working conditions using ABAQUS software. Stress distribution, maximum stress, deformation and the influence of friction coefficient on stress are received. The results show that the applied stress and friction force has little effect on bearing stress. The swashplate satisfy the strength conditions. These simulated results provide the basis for mechanical analysis, evaluating the fatigue life and the optimization design of spherical plain bearings, which provide a reliable basis for safe work of spherical plain bearings.
