基于集对分析的机修车间设备管理状况评估∗

摘要

Amid at evaluating the timelines,comprehensive,accuracy of equipment management in machin-ery repairing workshop,an evaluation index system were constructed,which is based on characteristic of ma-chinery repairing workshop. For the dynamic and uncertainty of evaluation process, In determining the weight in the model are obtained from the avail value,by which the weight allocation is more reasonable. Then assessment of equipment management in machinery repairing workshop based on Set Pair analysis. It proves the effectiveness of method through an example application.%为更好地对机械企业机修车间的设备管理状况进行评估，综合管理的及时性、全面性、准确性以及机修车间特点，建立起设备管理状态评估指标体系，并针对评价过程的动态性和不确定性，在确定权重时，引入信息论的熵值理论，运用信息熵的效应值计算各评价指标的权重，使权重分配具有一定的理论依据，然后利用集对分析模型对机修车间的设备管理状况进行动态评估。最后结合实例，证明该方法的有效性。
