基于统计过程控制方法的生产提前期控制研究

摘要

Considering the lead time control problem of single stage manufacturing systems, the time be-tween events control chart is used to monitor lead time, and the method of designing lead time control chart is proposed. The center line and control limits for the lead time are achieved by above method. Numerical examples show that the lead time can be well monitored by the lead time control charts.%针对单阶段生产系统生产提前期的有效监控问题，提出了一种基于统计过程控制方法的生产提前提的监控方法，利用时间间隔控制图的设计原理设计了生产提前期控制图，得到了该系统生产提前期单侧上限控制图和双侧控制图的上下限。最后通过算例分析，验证了生产提前期控制图的有效性。
