PLCopen运动控制功能块的研究与开发

摘要

Aiming at the compatibility problem of motion control programming language on different motion controller platform, the IEC61131-3 standard and the specification of the PLCopen function blocks for mo-tion control are in-depth researched. Based on the motion controller “VDX6353 Industrial motherboard +Windows CE 6. 0”, the single-axis function blocks of the PLCopen specification are implemented based on ProConOS eCLR developer toolkit provided by KW-Software. The function blocks are downloaded to the controller and are verified in MultiProg. The results indicate that the function blocks performs correctly,have good compatibility and conform to the PLCopen specification.%针对不同运动控制器平台的编程语言不兼容的问题，深入研究了IEC61131-3标准和PLCopen运动控制功能块规范。基于“VDX6353工控主板+Windows CE 6.0”架构的运动控制器，利用KW-Software公司提供的ProConOS eCLR开发工具包实现了PLCopen规范中单轴部分的功能块。将功能块下载到控制器，并在MultiProg中对功能块进行了验证。结果表明，实现的功能块符合PLCopen功能块规范。功能块执行正确，具有良好的兼容性。
