面向MES的离散制造业物流精益管理系统研究

摘要

综述了离散制造业车间物流管理系统的研究现状和成果。在分析了离散制造业车间物流特点的基础上，建立了面向制造执行系统( MES)的离散制造业物流精益管理系统体系结构。设计了实现物流精益管理系统的两个关键流程，并在此基础上，提出了面向MES的物流精益管理系统功能模型。旨在为离散制造企业提供一种降低制造全过程配送成本和车间库存成本的物流信息系统，实现企业生产物流的精益化管理。%The research status and achievements on workshop logistics of discrete manufacturing industry are summarized. Based on the analysis on the characteristics of workshop logistics of the discrete manufacturing industry, the architecture of the logistics lean management system for MES is proposed. The two key processes to implement the logistics lean management system are designed, and on this basis, the function model of the logistics lean management system is proposed. The purpose is to provide a kind of logistics in-formation system which can reduce the delivery costs and the inventory costs of the whole process of manu-facturing, and to realize the lean management of enterprise production logistics.
