基于OKPN的发动机装配系统建模方法研究

     

摘要

By taking an engine assembly system as the research object,an Object-oriented Knowledge Petri Net modeling approach was proposed to support analysis and optimization of engine assembly system.First-ly,from the attitude of system modeling ,and by adopting the idea of object oriented,abstract Engine As-sembly System into several assembly units functionally connected,then establish engine typical assembly unit as OKPN model by these basic units.On the basis of above steps,abstracting and encapsulating every as-sembly unit.establish information transmission mechanism according to their technology connection,build the OKPN model for engine assembly system.Based on the OKPN modeling technology,the process of en-gine assembly system was expressed.The OKPN model also has the characteristics of good modular and re-usable.Finally,a case of the OKPN model of a passenger car engine assembly system was given to demon-strate the effectiveness of this model.%以发动机装配系统为研究对象,提出了面向对象的知识 Petri 网建模方法( Object-oriented Knowledge Petri Net ,OKPN) ,以实现对发动机装配系统的分析和优化的支撑.论文从系统建模角度出发,采用面向对象的思想,将发动机装配系统抽象成若干个功能关联的装配单元,并以装配单元为基本建模对象,构建了发动机典型装配单元OKPN模型.在此基础上,将各装配单元进行抽象和封装,根据各装配单元之间工艺关系,建立装配单元之间的消息传递机制,构建能够反映装配系统运行流程的发动机装配系统OKPN模型,该模型具有模块化和可重用性等特点.最后,以某乘用车发动机装配系统为对象进行实例验证,证明了该方法的有效性和可行性.
